How do online consultations work?
You book a time, share some details about your health and goals, and meet your dietitian online. You then receive a personalised plan built around the foods available in your local market. You can start on our consultation page.
Do you build diet plans around Pakistani food?
Yes, and it is the heart of what we do. Instead of asking you to give up roti, rice, and daal, we build your plan around the food you already eat, so it is realistic to follow.
Is your advice suitable if I have a medical condition?
We regularly work with people managing conditions like diabetes, PCOS, and hypertension, with clinical oversight from our doctors. That said, our guidance supports your medical care, it does not replace it. If you have a diagnosed condition or take medication, tell us, and keep working with your own doctor. What products do you sell?
We offer a curated range of organic whole foods and nutrition products, chosen for quality and described honestly. You can browse them in our shop when it is open.

What is your refund policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days, and damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Consultation fees are not refundable once the consultation has taken place. The full terms are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
