Nuritron Grain Mix Flour is a multigrain atta for everyday roti, chapati and paratha. It blends wheat with seven other grains, pulses and seeds, so every roti carries more fibre and plant protein than one made from plain wheat flour. You keep your usual meals; only the atta changes.
What is in it
| Wheat | The base that gives soft, easy-to-roll dough |
| Barley (jau) | A whole grain rich in soluble fibre |
| Oats | Adds soluble fibre and a mild, nutty taste |
| Quinoa | A seed that adds plant protein |
| Pearl millet (bajra) | A traditional desi grain |
| Chickpea (chana) | A pulse that adds protein and fibre |
| Lentils (daal) | A pulse that adds protein and fibre |
| Flaxseed (alsi) | A seed with fibre and plant omega-3 fats |
Why choose Grain Mix Flour
- High in fibre: barley, oats, pulses and flaxseed add fibre, which helps you feel full for longer and supports regular digestion.
- More plant protein: chickpea, lentils and quinoa add protein to every roti.
- Familiar food: it is still roti, made the way you always make it.
- Licensed: produced under Punjab Food Authority licence RYK/M-A/79382064.
How to make soft roti
- Knead with slightly more water than you use for plain atta. Multigrain flour absorbs more.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes before rolling.
- Roll a little thicker than usual and cook on a hot tawa.
You can also mix it half and half with your regular atta while your family gets used to the taste.
Who should take care
This flour contains wheat (gluten) and pulses, so it is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or a wheat or legume allergy. If you are managing diabetes, a dietitian can tell you how many roti fit your meal plan; a higher-fibre atta does not replace your treatment.
Storage
Seal the pouch after each use and store in a cool, dry place. Use within the date printed on the pack.
