Co-founder and nutritionist, Nuritron

Saeed Ahmad co-founded Nuritron in 2022. He holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the Health Services Academy in Islamabad and a BS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Khwaja Fareed UEIT.
His clinical training was in medical nutrition therapy, working with patients living with heart disease and diabetes at Tabba Heart Institute in Karachi and Sheikh Zayed Medical College and Hospital in Rahim Yar Khan. His public health work covers disease surveillance, food systems and One Health policy.
He writes and reviews Nuritron's work on diabetes and everyday eating. His interest is in the part that usually gets skipped: turning what the evidence says into something a person can keep doing through an ordinary week.
